Our return policy is very simple. It consists of 3 easy steps. PLEASE NOTE there will be a restocking fee deducted from your credit (restocking fee for items under $50.00 = $5.00, items between $50.00 to $150.00 = $7.00, anything greater then $150.00 = $10.00).

ONE. If you haven't worn, washed, removed the tags or otherwise damaged an item purchased from us, you may return it within 12 days for a full store credit (excluding shipping charges). Your return shipment just needs to be postmarked within 12 days of your original receipt of the item. If you are exchanging an item for a different size or receiving a store credit, please note you will have to cover the cost of shipping for all returns and exchanges.

TWO. Please include your name, address, order date and order number (or better yet, a copy of the packing slip that accompanied your order) so that we know to whom and where to issue a store credit.

STEP THREE. Please let us know to expect the return by calling us or sending an e-mail to questions@nolababybump.com. This way we can keep an eye out for your return package to make sure your store credit is processed immediately. If the return is for an exchange of a different size you will have to cover the cost of shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, items such as underwear, bras, swimwear, Bella Bands, clearance items, furniture (Orbit Baby Products), Jewelry are all final sales and other merchandise specified as non-refundable cannot be returned unless you received them in a damaged state.
